Contact your Lender Immediately.. and get the loan process started. Not shop lenders, not shop rates, but actually Apply for a mortgage. Getting your loan secured now is more important then finding a house. Failure to do so now could put your earnest money in jeopardy later in the process.

Begin the Search

The Next Step... is to meet with one of our Buyers Specialists for an initial consultation. Then it's in the car to begin looking for the right home for you to buy. We are available by appointment at your convenience to help you find your dream home.

Make an Offer

It's a BIG Step...but when you find the 'right' home, we'll be at your side to help you write an offer and to present it to the seller on your behalf. We have extensive experience in contract negotiations and will do everything we can to ensure you get what you want for a fair price.

Under Contract

We're Starting to Jog Now... When the seller accepts your offer, you?re on our way to the closing table! You need to need to hire inspectors to do the various inspections we have recommended and to make sure those inspections will be done within the contractual time frame.

Inspections

You?re in the "HOME" Stretch... After the inspection is performed, we'll guide you through the process of negotiating any repairs you want the seller to make. Once that is done, our Closing Coordinator will step in to make sure every detail is handled as we head toward the closing table.

Get Ready to Move...

The Little Things that Count... Start packing, hire a moving company, get in touch with the utility companies to turn off the utilities on your present home and to start them up on your home.

The Closing

Signing All the Papers... We'll be at the closing table with you to answer any questions you may have and handle any unexpected issues that might arise.
